We've lived in our 1963 detached house in CB3 for 43 years. Brown's Roofs has a standard of customer service and delivery exceeding anything we've had before. Our project was modest: replace all of the council grey dilapidated guttering with high quality white to match our UPVC windows, doors, soffits, etc. The result is spectacular: we now have a wonderful White House! Eli is positive on all aspects of customer service: approachable; clear communication, helpful and honest; reassuring, good at suggesting further improvements but without energetic cross-selling and up-selling, no pressure. Proper contact and paperwork throughout by email: arranging survey, fully detailed quotation broken down into nine specific tasks, invoice with full details for paying by bank transfer. All of them, great guys to have around for three days.

I had part of my roof tile edges come away. They were not fixed properly in the first place in my new build. I always prefer a recommendation so asked on a local site for roofers. DB Roofing Services came out highly so I called Dennis up. Dennis came out to check the issue and immediately knew what to do. He came back a week or so later and fixed the edges back in place. Very thorough, very professional and very reasonable. A very nice chap to boot! While he was here, a neighbour with a similar issues asked him to look at his roof too and he fixed that one as well! Highly recommend his services for any roofing issues.

After being let down by 2 other roofers, I put out a plea for help on our local forum and was contacted by Dennis Brooker of DB Roofing Services. Dennis popped round the next day and did a very thorough inspection of the roof and I received a quote from him within a few hours. He then came a week later and completed the work. He arrived exactly when he said he would, he explained what had happened and took photos so that I could see what the damage was, he completed the repair and tidied away ( he also filled in a small hole I had on my Porch wall that was left by a builder). Dennis clearly knows his trade extremely well, he is very reliable and I would have no hesitation in hiring him again, or recommending him to others.

Dennis did a great job of correcting a building fault where a squirrel was able to get into the attic through a gap under one of our dormer windows. He also replaced a missing tile and adjusted some tiles that had sipped due to the wind.

Dennis investigated a leak in our roof and gave us an honest opinion of what was needed. Other companies had either wanted to replace the whole roof or fix a small area of felt where the leak happened, but Dennis surveyed the roof to find out which sections of felt needed replacing and which didn't. Replaced felt and battens on a section of the roof, re-bedded loose ridge tiles, and scraped all the moss off the roof. The work was meticulous, communication was excellent, and everything cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.
