AKT Roofing did a comprehensive survey on the roof of the property identifying the need to replace the original roof. They worked quickly to identify a slot for the work to go ahead and make the situation as stress free as possible. They worked hard to complete the project and the end result looks great! Gary had previously replaced a flat roof for us a couple of years ago. We had no hesitation in contacting him again following serious problems with water ingress early in November. We arranged a date for the work to be done but the problem became much more serious following very heavy rain a few days later. Gary then prioritised us and brought the job forward much to our relief. They were always punctual, very efficient and contacted us regarding any changes. From my initial call Gary got back to me later the same day and popped round the following day to look at the job that needing doing. Our 18month old extension roof was already leaking.. Gary assessed all the problems and talked us through our options..he gave us a quote there and then. It was about 4/5 weeks before the work started…Good tradesmen are very busy we understood that. Gary and Ben then let me know the date and time they’d start. They arrived on time, worked hard, were polite, kept us up to date with the work they were doing and were very tidy on site. What a proper job they did.

I urgently needed some work doing on our roof before fitting solar panels. David was recommended to me and came out the same day (Saturday) to evaluate the work. I was under some time constraints to get the work completed before the install, so he kindly returned first thing on Monday morning to do the job. Really happy with the service and the agreed costs.

Asked these guys to check my roof valley as have suffered small leaks in the past. Davis shared photos showing damage and explained clearly what was needed. On completion showed more photos and explained what had been done. Very happy with the service and care taken, and can report seems to have resolved the leaks but time and weather will tell.

Exceptional service. I had a very large build up of moss on my roof and I wanted it removed without pressure washing and by a firm that did not insist on scaffolding. David and his team at Bournemouth Roofing did it by hand and using ladders. They did an excellent job, meticulous in approach and the the roof now looks as good as new. They were a pleasure to have on my property. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.
