KH replaced our fascias, gutters and first floor window cladding. Kelly and his colleague were friendly and their work was excellent. The old wooden fascias were replaced with plastic and the cladding was replaced with James Hardy plank which was available in a wide arrange of colours. Kelly was recommended by a neighbour and in total Kelly has fitted fascias gutters and cladding to 5 other houses on my street, all to a high standard. The price paid was competitive and as originally quoted. I highly recommend KH Cladding.

We had used Pro-Dec to replace an ageing felted flat roof in March of this year and were so impressed with the quality of the workmanship and the personable approach of Richard Sontag, that we had no hesitation in asking him to come back to attend to a leak on a pitched, tiled roof at our house. The service was prompt and as far as we can see so far, the leak has been fixed, thanks Richard and your team!!!!

I was very impressed with the promptness to provide a quotation and then to do the work. The quotation was backed up with explanatory literature regarding the materials to be used. They were very prompt on completing the work once confirmed and conducted themselves in a courteous and efficient manner We couldn't have asked for a better level of service, workmanship and professionalism. We were reeling from a previous tradesperson "replacing" our ageing but watertight roof, with something both unsightly and unfit for purpose. Pro-dec visited on Monday to assess the work, provided a written quotation on Tuesday and shifted their work schedule around so that they could complete the job on Friday. Fantastic!

We had our roof inspected then followed the advice to replace part of it. The work was carried out professionally, within the anticipated timetable, and with reliable communication in the event that rain prevented work. I appreciated that Lee came to inspect the work when finished and helpfully recommended some additional minor, but important work. Lee rescued me after a builder ripped me off. My mother had just died of Covid. The builder exploited my situation by demanding huge advance payments, before vanishing from the job. He left my roof open and in a terrible state – rain was coming in. Lee sized up the situation and carried out major roofing works at very short notice. He charged me at cost without any profit. His quote was a quarter of the other roofer I contacted – who was obviously just trying to rip me off again. Lee’s team were completely professional and their work was of an extremely high standard. Lee and his team worked on our roof and guttering on two separate occasions once in 2016 (front and back) and again in 2021 (sides). Each time the communication with him and his partner Gemma was so easy and professional. Work was done on the agreed date and time and always came in as quoted.
