Dry verge fitted to the side of our bungalow, vents added to the soffits and Nick sorted where the soffits had become loose in the storm. Minor issue with the alignment of dry verge on the apex was sorted as soon as I told Nick about it. Really pleased, would def use them again

Needed flat roofs re-painting with a protective fibre coating. Lovely young chaps came round, to do the job was completed in a few hours, very polite, and cheerful. Worked with minimal disruptions and barely noticed they were there. I would recommend them again. The price was very reasonable. Well....mum thought so anyway. They explained everything beforehand, even pointed out some jobs that we might be concerned about, at a later date, with no obligations. (They were not wrong) we will be calling on them at a later date to do the job.

Phil and his team did an outstanding job of replacing all our soffits, fascias and guttering. It was all done to a very high standard and at a reasonable price. The fact that we had no evidence of rubbish around the house from the work done shows a high level of professionalism and care from the team. Our neighbours were so impressed they booked Procladd to have the same work done and have been very happy as well. I would thoroughly recommend Procladd.

Phil of Procladd was recommended by a firm who had installed upvc windows for me this Summer(2022) He gave me quotes for replacing timber fascias and barge boards in upvc plus new rainwater goods .(In particular i wanted to obviate the future need to redecorate the high barge boards on the gable ends).
