Coming up to Christmas, three separate roofers either hadn't turned up when they had promised or had stopped answering calls or polite texts to enquire about when they would be able to come. It was a relief to find Johnny. He came within a few days to size up the problem, turned up when he could between Christmas and New Year, called me when he couldn't come due to weather, sorted out the problem with the roof and completed the work quickly and left the site tidy.
