We provide a full refurbishment or repair service on existing flat roofs, or completely new flat roof built-up systems for new build projects. Our approach prioritizes the client's needs, finding the best solution whether it's purely waterproofing or upgrading to meet building regulations. We offer systems like Flame Free applications, Single Layer Waterproofing Technology, and Traditional Torch on Systems. We provide Design, Workmanship, and Material Guarantees of up to 30 years.
For flexible waterproofing solutions on flat roofs, we utilize the latest Polyurethane Coating Systems, ideal for complex roof areas with plant or air conditioning units. These systems offer 10, 15, and 20-year guarantees and can be incorporated into insulated systems. Liquid waterproofing is also effective on pitched corrugated roofs like asbestos cement or metal cladded roofs. It's particularly successful in rejuvenating metal cladded walls on retail, factory, and warehouse units, extending their lifespan and improving their appearance.
We offer a comprehensive cladding service, including new composite roofing systems, secret fix designs, retro-fit over cladding to existing roofs, and installation of new gutter liners. We incorporate insulation quilt/wool or PIR/PUR composites into the design where required, and we can replace or upgrade to Step Safe (non-fragile) roof lights. Our services also encompass wall cladding, Trim-line guttering and rainwater goods, and general profiled roof maintenance, including plant and vent removal, roof security installation, and integrity checks.
Safety is paramount in all our roofing projects. We design, source, and install bespoke roof safety systems, including roof-mounted guard rails for flat roofs with vertical access ladders. For metal pitched roofs, we offer Man Anchor line systems with all necessary PPE and safety equipment.
