“Rang Simon due to water ingress from roof in two places.He gave me a time & date when he could attend within two days and did so as arranged. Climbed his ladder, confirmed his thoughts on the cause of leak & set too, he removed part guttering & found blockage, cleaned & re- assembled. Removed slate in second area and fitted bird guards as with first area plus plastic comb type insulation, tidied area and left. Due to a slight drip through roof, returned within 24 hours to check and all was well.”
