S J Alexander Building and Roofing Contractor is a family run business based in Fareham, Hampshire. Simon Alexander, the owner, has established himself as a practical authority on conservation projects, with specialised skills in the restoration and rebuilding of flint work, traditional lime mortar construction methods and conservation techniques. As an experienced builder, Simon is able to advise clients from the initial concept stage right through to completion, drawing upon his years of experience in the industry to provide practical solutions to problems and liaise with architects, large contractors, engineers and planning officers. We also work alongside surveyors and large building contractors to carry out specialist works as a subcontractor.
