Our expertise lies in the complete replacement, repair, and installation of roofing, guttering, and entire roof systems. For all services conducted at your residence, there is a base fee starting at £135 for properties with up to two storeys, and a minimum charge of £225 for properties with three storeys or more. We ensure that a comprehensive job price is agreed upon before initiating any tasks. Our quotation services for home-related projects are provided at no cost (*).
* Please note that this exclusion applies to quotations offered for properties undergoing evaluation for purchase or sale valuation. In such instances, a nominal fee will be applicable, which will be reimbursed upon confirmation of work.
The term ‘peg tile’ refers to a simple clay tile that hangs freely from the upper edge of a tiling lathe or batten, creating an overlap with two courses below.
The term ‘slate roofing’ pertains to the use of flat slate tiles, positioned in an overlapping manner, affixed to the roofing structure, creating a durable and weather-resistant covering for the building.
Roofing leadwork involves the application of lead sheets, skillfully shaped and strategically positioned, to provide a resilient and watertight seal around roof penetrations.
The chimney repairs involves replacing damaged bricks, repairing the mortar joints and fixing chimney caps.
The guttering repairs and installation project included cleaning out debris, repairing leaks, and fitting new gutter parts.
