Competent Roofer status allows us the unique ability to self-certify that your roof refurbishment complies with Building Regulations. If 50% or more of your roof requires replacing, under Building Regulations, you are required to upgrade your installation including insulation to the current minimum standards and your Local Authority needs to be notified a minimum of 48 hours before work commences. Failure to comply could result in an enforcement notice from your Local Authority, and you could face difficulties when you decide to sell your property. By using Noble Roofing Ltd (a registered competent Roofer) all this will be taken care of on your behalf saving you the time and money, you will also have the added reassurance that the work carried out complies with all relevant standards and importantly, that your legal obligations are met. A ten-year insurance backed guarantee is also included (in addition to any Noble Roofing or manufacturers guarantees).
