JBR Roofing is a family-run business established in 1987 by Nelson and Yvonne Mitchell. Brian, Nelson's son, joined the company after leaving school and completed a 4-year apprenticeship in roof slating and tiling at Lauder College. Neil, another son, joined in 1997 and also followed the same path at Lauder College. Over the years, both Brian and Neil have expanded their skills, earning a diploma in business and accreditations in Firestone EDPM rubber cover, Sarnafil approved contractors, qualified lead welding contractors, and qualified scaffolders. They are also trained as company first aiders and hold CHAS approved health and safety contractor status. Both Brian and Neil possess CSCS gold roofing cards and CSCS black management cards, and they are Heritage roof approved. JBR Roofing is a member of the FMB and NFRC and is Trading Standards Approved – Buy With Confidence. The family believes in high-quality materials and workmanship, instilled in Brian and Neil from the start. This dedication translates into a strong work ethic and excellent customer service. Their rapport with clients leads to repeat business and referrals. Committed to growth, JBR Roofing currently trains two young apprentices at Lauder College, upholding the company's high standards. They benefit from the combined 40+ years of experience of Brian and Neil.
