“The work entailed investigating a leak in the roof, as water was seeping through to one of the bedroom ceilings. Within a short time the cause of the leak was found, and I was shown photos of the areas on the roof where there were gaps between the tiles. I was given a quote for the work to be carried out, which was accepted. I then agreed that the work could commence immediately. Other gaps in the tiling were also repaired, The work was completed in about 40 minutes (by 3 men).”
