Our team provide a full range of services from slating / tiling, felt roofing, chimney re-build / repairs, guttering, harling / rendering, and masonry repairs to natural stone. Dunwell Roofing and Building is a family run business, first established in 1973 by John Bennett before retiring in 2019. His son, Jamie Bennett MRICS now manages the company, providing free professional surveys / reports to help clients make informed decisions on repairs to their property.
We can replace you existing flat roof covering and install a traditional felt system with associated guarantees to suit your budget.
Our Chartered Building Surveyor can provide condition surveys to help you understand any areas of your property which will require short, medium and long term attention. This can allow you to budget accordingly for the years to come and allow you to intervene and carry out smaller repairs before they develop into much bigger and more costly repairs.
We offer a range of masonry repairs, from chimney re-builds to sandstone repairs using lime mortar, in-line with conservation standards.
We can clean your guttering or where necessary, provide replacement with a style to match your preference.
We carry out a range or external render / harling systems to suit your requirements. We are competent in dry/wet dash and lime based system to suit modern and traditional properties.
We provide can carry out minor slating or tiling repairs or full strip and replacement to a slate and tile of your choice.
