Allan Goldie Roofing

A Goldie Roofing was established in 1986 by Allan’s father who was a roofer to trade. At the age of 16 Allan had left school and was invited into the family business. His passion for the roofing industry was apparent from an early age and he has carried this passion with him throughout his career. 24 years ago, when Allan had just turned 18, he took the reigns of the business from his father. The family businesses was extremely well known in and around the Airdrie and Coatbridge areas and had already formed a strong and secure customer base. Allan was able to successfully expand the business growing their customer base to further a field areas such as North and South Lanarkshire, the Central Belt and Glasgow. In recent years, Allan grew the business, he had a clear vision for the future of the company. The vision was to ensure that A Goldie Roofing could provide everything that is required when a customer needs work done to their roof. He wanted to ensure that the customer would never have to deal with the headache of managing external subcontractors and third party tradespeople. Allan began to grow his network and team of staff. Eventually he had a highly competent and skilled team of trade professionals which allowed A . Goldie Roofing to offer full building projects completely in house.
