We had extensive work done with the main property, extension, dormer window plus assorted outbuildings all re-roofed with clay tiles plus new fascias and gutters. The workmen did a super job through poor weather and the finished result is magnificent. It took a little longer than expected but this wasn't a problem. Any little hitches along the way were sorted out immediately. The service and workmanship have been excellent and we definitely recommend them.

Initially i had a leak. My voicemail was responded to within 1/2 hour and roof repaired within the hour. There was no hard sell and i chose to have a new roof. The team worked hard everyday and did an excellent job. They answered any concerns i had and also my neighbours concerns. My property was left tidy each day and at the end of the job. After the rain, of biblical proportions, of the previous weekend, I was really worried. I’d noticed a couple of slipped slates from the front of my roof but also heard dripping above the bedroom ceiling. I phoned Rooftops first thing on the Monday and the boss said he’d get a couple of chaps out to me within the hour!!! Sure enough, they phoned to let me know they were on their way. Absolutely brilliant as they sorted out the front and found a missing slate from higher up which had caused the dripping. I asked them if they’d check the roof of the back extension too and they secured all slipping slates and replaced the cracked and broken ones. Just couldn’t be more pleased with the two men who did the job; polite, efficient and I now have a sound roof.

Having been victim to a less than workmanlike job on our roof, this gentleman, referred by the heating engineer who installed our new boiler, stepped into the breach, gave a very frank opinion on what was required to restore the security and waterproofness of the roof, stated when it would be carried out, gave a very comparative quote, and subject to the recent unfavourable weather vagaries, completed the repairs in quick time, to a very high standard.
