I found Apex Roofing Contracts a wonderful firm to work with. When I discovered I had a leak coming in through a brand new false ceiling after a devastating burst of rain one night, I called Apex, and James came right over to look at it, on a Sunday. Climbing up to inspect the roof, he gave me a clear picture of how old it was (he was right -- I checked later with the original owner) and what was going to be needed. When I decided to replace the roof (he didn't push for that), he got a crew there within two days. They did two and a half days of hard work. They were polite and friendly, and always answered every question I had in full detail. The finished job is beautiful, and well worth the price. Thanks for being there, Apex!

Apex Roofing Contracts was appointed to repair our tenement roof after extensive storm damage. Delay, due to unpredictable weather in May, was beyond Scott Ramage’s control. On the other hand he controlled the work of his firm very well. Appointments were kept on time, communication was friendly, explanations about the work to be done were clear, the quotation competitive and the job was completed to a high standard. That Apex can carry out stonework was an additional advantage over its competitors. The way the work was done was exemplary & we would recommend the firm without any hesitation.

Highly recommend this roofing contractor. They did a great job from start to finish. Very prompt in quoting and knowledgeable when assessing the job. Provided options for what work should be done. They were also able to respond the next morning when we needed an emergency repair doing before starting the job after very heavy rains in May 2021 - and were then able to start the full job very quickly after that. They were even able to work around my wife having some exams during the job and so needed quiet for 2 days. Low mess and James was responsive and kept me advised / informed throughout.
