I contacted Rod at Poole Flat Roofing as my double garage roof had been leaking for some time. Rob came round to measure up and sent me the quote in less that 24 hours! The work was quickly booked in to be started the following week. And was completed in a day an a half. Rob and his colleague were friendly, polite and informative. Dislodged Roof Tile Repair BH22 Two polite young men arrived to do the work. They couldn't come the day before because of the weather, but promised we would be first on the list when weather was dry. Impressed that they were as good as their word. Transparent price policy, the price quoted was the price invoiced for. Well done. Good honest company.

Replace Roof Felting BH22 When Storm Arwen ripped half the roofing felt off of my garage, they sent out a team to cover it with tarpaulin in teeth of a gale, minimising damage to exposed woodwork and garage contents. Subsequent replacement of the roofing felt was done in a thorough and neat manner. They also replaced the felt covering to my summerhouse.

Had Ryan come out and have a look at my partner's roof and chimney which was leaking inside and decided to have the chimney removed and the roof redone as it was over 80yrs old and have to say it wasn't the best weather to do it either but they done the whole job in 2wks and have to say we're are very pleased with the work they've done would recommend to anyone who is after any roofing work done

An amazing crew! We needed our whole roof covering replaced due to its age (& many leaks). Within 24 hours of contacting them for a quote they responded & came out to do their survey with a drone (which was awesome!). We had the initial quote within 48 hrs of 1st contact. Every time we had to tweak the quote (gable ladders / no gable ladders / reuse existing roof tiles / all new roof tiles) they came back within no more than 72 hrs. They fully took on board our specifications (due to having been a building inspector for 15 years I can be very particular) incl. top of the range breather membrane (which I later found out they fit as standard just to be safe) and even managed to match our existing tiles so we didn't have to apply for planning permission. Scaffolding went up on the Tuesday (the scaffolders were amazing too & fully took on board requirements ref. A shared boundary). Works started the following Monday. Exactly one week later they were fully finished. A very safe, clean & tidy site. No loud blaring radios (just one on at low volume which I never heard until I went out side for tea / coffee orders) & no shouting or foul language (sadly quite common on a lot of other sites). Any questions or concerns we had they handled quickly & professionally. Even did a few little extras when some areas of the existing roof needed some additional work. The price for the works was very reasonable too.We cannot recommend this company enough. We will certainly be singing their praises to anyone who needs roof works. Thank you so much lads. You made the stress of our house repairs disappear with works that were quick & painless. Thank you so much!
