What a great company to do business with.I sent canclad a message for a quote to replace the roof shingles at one of my rental properties. Quinten promptly replied with the quote, to which i never read if it wasn't for his follow up a week after he sent it, he sent it again and i soon realized it ended up on my junk mail.If it wasn't it for his follow up call, i don't think i would of hired this company, as I had about 6 other companies giving me a quote, some were slightly higher and some slightly lower than canclad, I had lots of options that offer almost the same work he did at the same or lesser price, But quinten followed up and was there if i had any questions or concerns, we called each other a couple of times until we settled.The service quinten offered at the beginning sold me, and that service continued towards the end of the deal and job. There were some minor hiccups with scheduling, but nothing major, quinten had it handled. The guys did a great job and they left the ground very clean without a nail to be found.I received pictures of the finished roof afterwards.Thank you Quinten for the wonderful service and job your guys did and for having a sense of humor also.This company goes above and beyond, I 110% recommend canclad .Moral of this review to other contractors and/or others in business: Do your follow ups, you may think you are annoying people but truly you are not, you will be surprise how much business you will get with them.and to Customers: Hire this company, you wont regret it, they are a pleasure to deal with.

DeeMy attic issue was a complicated one. Service manager Pete, at the time of my inquiry, spent a lot of time discussing the situation. He spent hours during his on-site assessment to determine exactly the issues. He even discovered a serious plumbing problem. This assessment was followed by timely courteous efficient service by his staff. I have dealt with a number of different contractors these past years. Reids measures right up there among the best.

The technician they sent (Mark) promptly removed it and suggested I may have an underlying problem in my attic space causing this ice dam. After gaining access to my attic Mark investigated several deficiencies backed up by photos and measurements of existing insulation. With this information, he forwarded it to his office, where his boss Pete Neufeld could give me an estimate of possible repairs to prevent this from happening again. Professional, prompt, courteous We had to have shingles repaired from a winter wind storm in January of 2021 and Shaun was the first company to contact us to repair the damages and in the end we ended up replacing all the shingles and Shaun’s team were very efficient, promt and cleaned up the work site after all the work was completed. We then found out his company also installed the Gemstone Lights which we liked so my husband would not have to hang Christmas lights ever again. He had someone come out to measure for the front of our house and they were installed November 2021and his installer was efficient and made sure the lights were all working and showed me how to work the app before leaving. We were informed that we could always add more lighting to the rest of the house at any time. We just had more lights installed and Shaun’s team came out to measure and installation was completed all within 1 week. We have had a great experience with Shaun and his team with both the roofing and lighting and would highly recommend Honest Group of Companies to anyone needing roofing or lighting installations.
