James and his guys have done an amazing job on my house. Such friendly and personable guys. Unfortunately, they had to work with woodwork and walls that were not straight, thanks to a dodgy builder. However, they worked so hard to make everything look as good as they could. I even asked for trims at the bottom of the bay window as they were packing up, and they just did it without even a word. They left the property all clean and tidy. I am impressed with their work ethic and workmanship. They made sure I was happy before they left the property. I would have no hesitation recommending them.

This company put a leaflet though our door We called them after having a sales man from another company spent hours talking total trash (being polite ) Supreme gave a price and measured our project , which was a new door and side wing No pressure selling , no fuss just total honesty . Supreme have worked on two of my houses in the last year to replace windows and doors, both times the work has been to a high standard and without doubt their prices are the most competitive. For those worrying about FENSA you can get a £100 indemnity policy through your solicitor which is satisfactory for any new buyer.

Front doors and windows are very important and costly, and must be installed in accordance to building regulations. And like the previous reviewer said, “this company is not FENSA or Certass approved therefore the work doesn’t comply to regulation standards so if you try to sell your property you will have a battle on your hands.” When I asked them if they were FENSA or CERTAS approved, they replied “Fensa doesn't cover doors.” But that’s not the point is it, they do windows and yet not approved by FENSA. So I asked them again if they are building regulations approved; they replied “No just great reviews. We don't do any building work.” So basically they are ignorant and clueless of what I was asking about which I found very unprofessional. They have some good positive reviews and I am ok with that. But to do my doors or windows I wouldn’t spend my money on a company who aren’t FENSA or CERTAS approved.

The work has now been completed and the standard of work, finish and looks are perfect. Throughout the whole process I was made aware of any areas which Paul wished to bring to my attention or seek a decision where there was an option. From start to finish The Roofing Company has shown absolute dedication to ensuring a first class job and complete customer satisfaction - what more could you want? At the end of each working day the surrounding area was cleaned of debris and left tidy. As work progressed UPVC facings were cleaned, including that which had faded on our existing conservatory. If there are items outside his original scope of supply which Paul is concerned about, do not be surprised if you find the work has been done to maintain all to Paul's high standard and intent on providing complete satisfaction.
