Mike’s company carried out the roofing for our listed building refurbishment. This included slating in ‘random widths with diminishing courses’, a complex local slating speciality using Cornish slate and lead work around the chimney and skylight. It was fascinating to watch Mike demonstrate his leadworking skills to his apprentices on site.
