There was an annoying delay due to bad weather and a problem with the scaffolder and Patrick not communicating with me. However Patrick worked hard, is courteous and tidy, and as he had quoted for a three day job, which he completed in one day, he undertook some other minor works at no extra cost. I was very distressed with one of my properties as I had found out there was a leak coming through the roof by the estate agent selling it for me. David helped me out by going there one Sunday whilst it was supposed to be his day off and fixed the problem very thoroughly and professionally. Our roof had been leaking for some time. David came and was able to find what the problem was. He took photos so we could see the damage. He and his colleague were punctual and polite. They kept us informed about how the work was going and left everywhere clean and tidy afterwards.
