Got a quote before moving into a property in Birmingham, once moved in I called Martin to ask when he could begin. He was very responsive and answered any questions, started work within a few days, scaffolding up very quickly ready to begin. Did a combination of repairs we needed, very professional, great quality work, he explained everything he was doing and always showed me what he had done. In the past, I've had a bad experience of cowboy builders who have given a 25 year guarantee but done a rubbish job and consequently gone out of business. I was therefore very cautious and had two other quotes and a number of "no shows" but Martin's quote was reasonable and he explained exactly what he would do. He was reliable, friendly and polite and obviously has pride in his workmanship. He provided photos at each stage of the process and left everything immaculate. I would definitely recommend him.
