Our highly trained team of installers and problem solvers are committed to providing the highest standards of workmanship and service to all our clients from Councils, Industrial, Commercial, Schools, Universities, Architects as well as domestic clients throughout Scotland and the North of England. We specialise in the installation of single ply roof systems whether they be new build or refurbishment, commercial or domestic properties. We organise all required Health and Safety to ensure that our work is completed safely. We can overlay existing roofs or strip and form new roof build up including VCL, Insulation, Membrane as required. Our team will carry out a detailed survey and propose an effective solution that matches the budget and timescale in accordance with the CDM and Health & Safety. After site visit/ discussions with the Project Manager we would organise a way forward so that we can work with minimum interruption to the occupier. At this stage our Contracts Manager will discuss with the site supervisor any extra works that we feel need to be carried out. This will then be priced and carried out if approved. We will happily liaise with the Architects/ CDM Co-Ordinators on what is required for any building warrants. All personnel to be fully briefed on site Health and Safety requirements for Contractorsby the Principal Contractor. Personnel are to carry out the specified works in a manner that is satisfactory to the Client/ Occupier, and are to observe all reasonable requests and directions relating to site working.
