Highly recommend Ryan and his team they went above and beyond from start to finish. Replaced entire flat roof (which was leaking, Ryan came out the same day and got us safe and patched up until he could get us slotted in) to include a slight incline and guttering so no more water lying on roof. PVC cladding to front and back of house including insulation. All work carried out to extremely high standards, cleaned every day no mess left behind. A great bunch of guys.

Ryan made an excellent job of repairing my roof. Prior to commencing the work, he gave me an accurate, competitive estimate of the work required to include the cost of supplying materials. Ryan and his team fitted a complete new large tiled roof to our house, along with two Keylite roof windows, in addition to a flat rubber roof covering a porch area. The job had challenges as we had several leaks in the very old roof which had caused internal rotting of beams, all of which needed to be replaced. We also required one of the roof windows to be solar powered, which again proved challenging ensuring the new roof light fitted into the space where the old roof light had been.We could not have been happier with the work Ryan and his team carried out. The professionalism, quality, hard work and commitment shown by the team was exceptional. Even though the work become more time consuming and complicated to solve the unforeseen issues, nothing phased any of the team.Ryan provided us with a comprehensive breakdown of the quote prior to commencing the work and even though he needed to include additional materials, he kept to the original price quoted. In todays world of rogue traders, I found this very honourable. In addition, both Ryan and his team turned up when they said they would (this was an 8 day job) and continued until the work was complete without disappearing at any stage during this period unlike so many tradesmen these days. Ryan kept us up to date regularly when onsite and was always there supporting his team.Ryan took all the old materials away and when the work was completed, left the entire area completely spotless. Having completely renovated our house, I have never worked with another building contractor who has left the area so clean - a credit to Ryan and his professional team.
