We have been supplying roofing & building materials continuously in the Greater Manchester area for over 38 years. Having successfully come through the Covid-19 pandemic, with materials shortages affecting the whole industry, we have continued to support our customers by providing them with the Henshaws service they know and trust. Product shortages are now easing and many are back to ex-stock which is great news for us and our customers. We opened up a new branch in Rochdale in October 2021, taking over the site which was previously R&M Roofing and Building Supplies, a like-minded organisation which had decided to come to the end of their 40 years journey. The Rochdale branch is going from strength to strength led by our managers, Richard and Andrew Joy. In a really exciting development, in December 2022, we relocated our Manchester branch from our premises in Stretford to new and bigger premises in Trafford Park. While the Manchester Green Air Zone has been paused for now, at Henshaws, we continued to review and consider our environmental impact and our carbon footprint. We continued to invest in a new fleet with modern Euro 6 engines on our new 26 ton and 18 ton wagons and our fleet of flat-bed vans.
