I couldn’t recommend Jon and the team at Newmarket Roofing highly enough. They re roofed the main part of our house several years ago. We had insulation added to our uninsulated flat kitchen roof. The estimate was entirely as expected and so we had the work put in hand. I cannot praise or recommend this company enough. They were punctual, polite and helpful at all times. The scaffolding was delivered/erected on precisely the day/time promised - taking just over one day to install to all four sides, ground to roof level, of our 4 bedroom detached house. Then, as soon as we requested removal, they were here taking a mere few hours to complete the task. Additionally, there was absolutely no damage caused during installation. It is extremely unusual and pleasantly surprising to find a company who are so amazingly efficient and accommodating in this day and age. Use R Crick and you will not be disappointed!

A tile fell from the top of the roof leaving a hole, and knowing we were in lockdown and a week's worth of rain had been forecast, I what's app'd a photo to Simon to see if he could help. I contacted Simon early on a Sunday morning as I was concerned with what I thought was a leaking roof. Simon came out the same day and did a thorough inspection to locate the area of damage. Fortunately for me there was not any and the problem was actually caused by high levels of moisture within the house itself. Simon was very helpful in suggesting remedies and was very prompt and courteous, despite there being no actual damage to fix. Rang Simon due to water ingress from roof in two places.He gave me a time & date when he could attend within two days and did so as arranged. Climbed his ladder, confirmed his thoughts on the cause of leak & set too, he removed part guttering & found blockage, cleaned & re- assembled. Removed slate in second area and fitted bird guards as with first area plus plastic comb type insulation, tidied area and left. Due to a slight drip through roof, returned within 24 hours to check and all was well.
