I chose Paul to take a look at our property based on his feedback on MyBuilder. I was pleasantly surprised that all feedback was a true and accurate reflection of Paul. After thoroughly looking at our property and not finding a suitable cause to our problem he was not willing to charge us for unnecessary work until he could find the cause of the problem. He carried on investigating and it turned out that our leaking was being caused by the neighboring property! Paul advised that until they fix their side, any work our side wouldn't solve the problem. Will definitely get Paul back to repair our property when we can get next door on board! However, in the mean time Paul cleared and sealed our front and back gutters and repaired 3 tiles even though we'd only been quoted for the 2 at no additional charge!

Paul from TK Roofing replied to my enquiry very quickly - on New Year's Day in fact! He popped round to assess the job but as it happens I didn't have any tiles missing/broken after all. I felt bad for taking up his time but he was absolutely fine about it. Paul carried out some roof work for me a couple of year's ago and I cannot recommend him highly enough. The whole process from initial enquiry, quote and work being carried out happened so smoothly. I will definitely contact Paul again should I have any roofing issues!
